About Rhythmweave

Rhythmweave was established in 2000. Since then, we have worked with hundreds of schools and organisations. Although much of our work has been in the public sector and in educational or therapeutic settings, our approach is equally relevant in the workplace. Organisations and managers who value and support their staff or volunteers can expect increased loyalty, co-operation and productivity.

Rhythm and music based team building events provide an opportunity for groups to participate in a unique, fun event which can help to break down resistance to training, challenging the passivity of traditional 'chalk and talk' methods.
They allow participants to create a significant outcome - a piece of music based, not on previous knowledge or skills, but from co-operation and listening to each other.

  • It's fun, easy to learn and everyone starts on the same level

  • It provides a concrete experience of the benefits of working as a team

  • It promotes confidence and self-esteem

  • Drumming allows participants to vent frustration and stress and still engage their creativity

Contact us to talk about your requirements. We can tailor a workshop to meet your organisation's needs from a one-hour 'Energy Jolt', to a whole or half-day event to address specific issues such as communication problems or organisational change.
